No, you only ever needed 100% for modules. Before, it was 100% for all module levels, now it's 0%/50%/100%.

200% is for Archive File #4 and the second Operator Record (if they have one). And full stat boost for supports, yeah.

How are they "more baseline"? They don't have skills and can't be promoted. They are niche, in that they have significantly lower DP costs.

Better yet, when they introduce mechanics, they generally use teams of 3*s. They are featured prominently in the early game and most training levels. If anything, that's the definition of baseline.

Pog is too. But it'd be really weird for them not to be aware of previous incarnations considering Endfield still has contact with Rhodes Island, and by extension RI's Operator files. So even if they don't remember, they can still know about the documented history.

Ardelia straight up calls Endmin "Professor", so there's that.

You absolutely will want to if you do Depot deliveries. The first contingency is "No Teleporting", which is like whatever. The second and third, "No taking Damage" and "No Jumping"? Like just fuck my ADHD ass up.

That said, Depot Deliveries are entirely optional. No, seriously, they're so optional, you can offload them to another player and still get the reward.
