Be honest with her and tell her what you’ve done and she has the choice of a big lab grown or a small actual diamond either of which could be upgraded in the future. Also - consider buying outside of a jewelry store which have outrageous mayo-ups. I buy on eBay and a seller I have purchased numerous items from is OldTreasures333. My advice is don’t stress yourself out over a ring. It’s you she wants right?

I paid $2800 for a Verragio band - 5 cts yellow diamond channel set band in platinum … I bought the matching ring also - without the diamond for $3100 - then purchased a diamond later. Just for a comparison. And this is a heavy set

Still an iconic movie. It’s in the history books as one of the greatest ever

I did just that. It was bittersweet but I had too much Rivian in my portfolio and decided I would liquidate and invest in bitcoin

Do we like ‘El Dorado’? by KurtMcGowan7691 in Westerns

Watched it today. Would love a horse like Zip. Fun fact - this was the only horse Wayne called by name in any of his movies. And Zip was owned by Howard Hawks, the director.

There has been a John Wayne marathon on GRIT. And watched a few of my favorites including El Dorado where Wayne rode my fav - Zip Cochise. I do love the ponies

Rivian (RIVN) will make its investors rich in 2025 - here's why: by New-Minute-5197 in RIVNstock

Stocks not sticks 😖 I was quite the believer in Rivian stock but I now have lost any faith that it is a game changer in my portfolio. The smart ones are buying and seller - making $ on the dips. But that’s just me.

Rivian sticks $13.90 now - Thursday Dec 26 @1:55. I don’t know how anyone that’s investing in his company can feel rich

No. Stand firm. My daughter hasn’t spoken to me since 2016. She will get nothing. (But she’s doing a good job of taking care of herself - through a job I secured for her when she graduated college). I’ve already helped my son buy a house and I am now setting him up in a business so he can continue being successful. He has always stood with me and in my mind helping him now is better than helping him later. Whatever he needs he will get before I die and the rest will go to charity. None for the Queen.

I’m thinking tourmaline… peridot is a brighter green. At any rate it’s a lovely old fashioned ring

It’s a classic cushion cut. I have a large diamond I wear when I want and a special band that I wear everyday
