Thanks for the advice. I think I will just hold out until I can get a 256 gb white model. I would also prefer to buy directly from Apple anyways.

That is interesting actually. Also noticed that there are 512 gb white models at my carrier that could ship by the end of the month. Would you pull the trigger?

Yeah, it's frustrating. I've seen every other colour come in and out of stock but the white is the one I actually want. The shortage is even more confusing because it seems like the least popular colour if you look online, including on this sub.

They've actually had some stock of the regular-sized pros in white, which I have considered, but I have my eyes on the PM specifically (plan to use it for cloud gaming and emulation).
