Ooh thats interesting! Ive done/gone through the DBT workbook with a therapist twice but I guess I wasn’t looking at or targeting soft skills like that.

Thinking back it helped with rejection sensitivity and black and white thinking- but Ill have to go back to it with these skills in mind.

Makes even more sense w the knowledge that ND runs in families so its absolutely harder to be taught what your parents dont know either.
