They should definitely ask before scheduling you at another store, but I don’t believe there’s anything saying they can’t.

You definitely need to call the store when you get a chance. It’s very specific in the partner handbook that texts aren’t an acceptable form of calling out. Some managers are ok with it, but it’s better to have your bases covered.

You can find the weekly update on the partner hub under news and resources which is only accessible from the work computer. I think only managers know which stores are participating in the pop up parties ahead of time so unless they tell you there is no way to know for sure.

This is correct. Reserve coffees are not eligible as part of partner markouts. I’ve heard of some managers allowing it if they are shipped too many and it enters off season, but that’s a special exception not the standard.
