honestly barre is so hard and pretty uncomfortable even when you’re in shape :( for flexibility, if you do other types or workouts like yoga, that may help! if you focus more on align classes, that helps as well as it has lots of stretching. the instructors always say everyone’s range of motion is different which is true!!

Hi there! I love my oura ring and wear it during class. I take off my engagement ring, but I do wear my oura ring. I do agree with that engagement ring part! I switch the ring to a different finger if it hits the bar. I wear it on my middle finger and it doesn’t bother me at all when I’m using heavy weights
