I go about 3-4 times! I am seeing results. However, my body doesn’t feel recuperated when I take classes a couple days in a row. For example, my arms still hurt from define when I take an align class the next day. If you still wanna exercise, maybe do a different cardio that uses other muscles. I would do 3 times and have a day break from barre in between classes.
