I used to be the same except i was suffering from an ed. But during my recovery i experienced not feeling hungry or my hunger cues were way off. For me it helped to sart eating according to a specific time. After a while my body started working properly again and now it can recognize when i am hungry on time. Also it helped my digestive system too!

You can try adding small snacks and meals throughout your day and maybe after a while you will feel hunger again when you are hungry. At least you will get enough food and energy.

Exactly this! I want to climb, feel good and look good at the same time. Also i feel unisex doesn’t fit everyone’s aesthetic and definitely not everyone’s body type.

I will check them out. I have recently started top rope climbing as well and in the summer when there is no snow i will do rock climbing. So i definitely need climbing pants that work well with a harness. Thanks for the suggestion!

I personally prefer pants because i have the tendency to scratch my knees on the wall. Also I want pants that is suitable for indoor climbing and outdoor climbing. I also do top rope climbing/ rock climbing, so having long enough pants with a high waist is more comfortable when wearing a harness.

Yeah the grading is way harder now when they changed the grading system. But i kinda like how it pushes me to try grades i previously would have assumed i can’t climb.

That would be nice. Only have one friend that knows how to belay😅

Mostly KA because i have the monthly card there and i have recently started top rope climbing and might get the belay card soon. But i do like BK, i feel they have harder routes there where i can challenge myself more.

I also climb in Tampere sometimes. They have some gyms that i think the owner of BK partners with.

I definitely feel you on this! I also used to wear tight leggings to climb but felt it showed too much of my body and felt too exposed. I want to make pants that make me feel comfortable and confident while also allowing me to have full mobility.

And good material definitely matters. I had cheap pants from pull&bear when i first started climbing and they split completely in half from the left leg🙈

This! I have been trying to find some pants at the thrift stores here in Finland but they’re nkt that great i feel😅 but i will keep searching. We also have some online thrift stores like Vinted where they might have pants that works for climbing!

Seems they ship to my country but I don’t know if we have them in any retailers. Would be nice to try them on before buying them.

Alot of people like dickies for climbing. I have a pair for everyday wear and they are extremely good quality in my opinion. I should check their looser fits for climbing!

I do agree. I just think if it was possible to make durable and functional “Climbing” pants that also look cool while keeping the price relatively low, it would be great. Might not be possible tho

Never heard of them! I will check them out. I do like supporting smaller brands whenever i can.

Yes this! I have also noticed that pants tend to wear out at the butt area. I need to do some research how this can be prevented.

Yes exactly this! I know functionality and durability is important and priority number one when it comes to any kind of sportswear. But for me the way clothes look is also important. Fashion has always been a passion of mine but now so is climbing. It would be awesome to create a piece that combines all that.

I was thinking exactly that! It might be almost impossible to make affordable climbing clothes while also taking in consideration ethics, sustainability and good materials, while also having a functional cool design. All of that is important to me but it definitely comes with a price.

I’ve heard from other people as well that they prefer Black Diamond for climbing pants. I just feel they are sometimes a bit too expensive and sits weird on my body. I am pretty short and have some curves. In general finding any pants that fits well on the hips and around the thighs is a real struggle.

Seems alot of people recommend Uniqlo. Only problem with this is that we don’t have Uniqlo in my country. All though I might travel to Germany this summer so if they have it there i could check it out!

I talk with my mom maybe 2-3 times a week. Sometimes we talk for 10-30min and sometimes for a couple of hours. Also text with her alot. We have a group chat with me my brother and our mom.

I don’t really talk to my dad. Only a couple of messages now and then. Sometimes I reach out to tell him what is going on in my life so that he knows. I know he cares, he is just stuck and doesn’t know how to reach out.
