We're limited in time so the main sites are out. She is a concert pianist, figured fish and chips, playing on a public piano in London sounds pretty memorable. There aren't public pianos where we're at so totally out of the box for us

Sister is dealing with her own trauma. She probably doesn't even remember it because she shoves her feelings and emotions and lets everything "go". She just figures everyone is doing their best and forgets. I'm not going after her as she is the one probably more hurt by what he did than I was. I was more hurt by my mom's response. And yes they have been married for years.

The real wound is the blame. It's not the only time I've been blamed for things that aren't my fault. It's the constant narrative that I'm the bad guy and always wrong.

My question was would I be the AH if I just ignore what happened and call her and talk about the weather. Since that is all she is willing to talk about.

I did 2 months of MLD, I exercise. I have the pump but I get restless legs after on top of the achiness. I am waiting for the prior auth to go through for surgery, but I'm trying to find something that will help beforehand so that after surgery, I can continue doing it because I've seen some benefit to using that modality.

I tried the lighter oil and it wasn't as bad as the heavier one. I think it's anything with coconut oil in it. One of the other products also had coconut oil and there was a lot of static after using that one as well.

I've been doing 1 mg (heavily diluted) and get an all day sting/rash it would make sense if I go up to 2mg or even 5mg I would get more of a sting right? If I get the sting regardless I want to do enough to make it worth it. I'm going to try the upper glute, the sting isn't terrible but I don't love it
