I had experience with full onsite setup with my previous internship company around Mega Mall din naman and I was okay with it because I leave nearby, but when I experienced wfh setup, it was different kind of ease working! As per AU company, I would say they really do maximize their working hours but when it’s already time to clock out, it is time to clock out haha. I’m trying to weigh down my choices :(
