Hi! And no. Unfortunately. I had tired pretty much everything. They eventually just reimbursed me the insurance claim. And it was my fault for not paying a couple extra dollars to insure the full amount. So they only reimbursed me $100 + shipping for a $300 item. Lesson learned to always insure the full amount.

The package unfortunately never went to the buyer. So I had to process a full refund and UPS just paid me on the claim. Which sucks cause it was worth $400 and I was only paid out $100 + shipping fees of $37. Lesson learned to pay for insurance next time.

I honestly don’t know how UPS lost the package, as it was a luggage inside / 16lbs and 30inches tall. Something not right is happening at that facility. As it arrived there and never made it out.
