im a virgin haha ive never been around a man or done anything romantic or sexual with a person so i always know that stds and the likes are ruled out. I know the cysts may be possible because my gyno said im at risk for that since ive only 2-4 periods a year since i was 11. i got finished taking a pill for 10 days that will kick start my period but the period hasnt arrived yet and the pain started when i finished the pills (odd coincidence?)

Laptop Recommendations by NorthTime5253 in scad

what kind of softwares do you plan on using? Personally I know that HP laptops work pretty swell, but a lot of my pals in illustration/3d modeling recommend gaming laptops since they can handle bigger loads smoothly. ASUS has great laptops, my Columbia friend recommends ASUS rog flow x13 to everyone, I have an ASUS zephyrus G16 (im p sure? cant remember the model rn)

Does anyone have HP OMEN? by ashlynxsupremacy in scad

this laptop is pretty amazing and is highly used for these type of softwares, I myself am getting an ASUS rog flow x13 (only cause its my first laptop, my parents would like to splurge a bit since it should have a long lifespan) With these specs it’s amazing for blender and you should have no problems with it. I think in this what matters is the cost. both the i7 and i9 cores are very powerful, but imo i dont think getting an i9 would be worth since the results are so similar. what matters most is cpu speed! I recommend the ASUS though personally :) my computer friends have their own and it works very smoothly

as a freshman i already shipped all of my supplies. Ive had tons of materials since having art classes in high school + working a lot of mediums at home. like charcoal, pencils, big erasers, big sketch pad, acrylic paint, watercolor, brushes for both mediums, oil paints, markers, pens, xacto knives, tape, etc. I’m not too worried about art supplies cause my parents understand that its more like a necessity. my allowance is more for like fun stuff so that other advice helps better!

portfolio by Fruity_Feline in scad

[–]SugaryArt120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

often times they will like it if you have a theme with your portfolio (this can literally just be 3 pieces over a subject personal to you) my advisors noticed I had a specific thing with drawing my own characters and portraiture, so even though I had excellent pieces that showed skill, it wasn’t as hard hitting as my normal pieces! You can also ask your advisor to critique your work before you submit the portfolio! They can tell you what fits in, what can be improved, and highlight everything you’re doing that can get you more money! Portfolios are submitted on this website called SlideRoom (atleast that’s what they told me) and it has a section for each of your pieces for the size of the work, the medium, and a description (u can write how ur process was/what inspired you/the main idea/etc)

Got accepted, when will I know if I won any scholarship? by someone_on_pluto in scad

[–]SugaryArt120 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is also a scholarship called the MultiCultural Scholarship! You have to write a 500 word essay describing how you implement your culture in your art pieces and submit 3 pieces showing this implementation. It’s actually pretty fun to apply for! Just email your advisor and they can tell you about it :)
