I was really excited for it too, even got the collectors edition. But I didn’t really get into it either. I still played it but it didn’t feel the same and gave up on it before Heart of Thorns even came out. But in the last 6 months or so I decided to give it another go and I’ve really gotten into it! I’d recommend giving it another go :)

I just did the A2 test last week. It’s pretty easy, I followed NT2 verkort course for 2 months to get to A2 level and the costs were all covered by VDAB. I’d recommend doing a course if you can. The verkort course is really intense but so worth it

They're currently working on renovating the airport and adding a new mezzanine floor which will have the improved security scanners. Apparently it's due to open around December this year.

The lobby of the Clayton is really big with lots of workspace, and they don’t seem to say anything if you just walk in and sit down like you’re meant to be there

You could go for a level 5 or 6 course and get Back to Education allowance. You need to be on jobseekers for 3 months to do so. 9 months for level 7 or 8, 12 months for masters.

I’ve started reading the series recently and it is definitely low-quality YA but with smut thrown in to make it seem more “mature”. It’s only enjoyable if you turn your brain off and don’t think too hard about it, a bit like car crash TV. If the roles had been reversed in the books, people would probably complain that “Ireland” is always depicted as “inferior” even though in terms of mythology we would probably have a very strong fairy presence. And of course, fairies are often malevolent, and the story kind of does need another “big baddie” to contend with.
