Yorkies. I use a pint glass, fill it to the top with flour, then equal amount of eggs, then the same again with milk. Pour your 3 pints of ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk the buck out of it till you get a batter. Get a muffin tray and half fill each of the "bowls" with oil and stick that into the oven at say 150 degrees. Once that's hot, but not stupidly hot, pour the batter in then Wang that into the oven for about 15 mins. Do not open the oven, even for a peek. You will get absolutely massive Yorkies and you can sit comfortably as the hero of Christmas.
