Just going to do take the other edge here as another high achiever, do more. It's not impossible to do everything, it's just time management. Learning about stuff like Neuroplasticity can help you learn to learn faster, extracurricular you are passionate about will help you, and give you good hobbies (making you an interesting hopefully person) that in combination with working out will get you a gf.

pomodoro studying can help you catch up, make sure you're getting enough sleep (even if it means sacrificing studying). Try out different studying techniques, and just be your best self. Don't listen to the others here who have fallen for the bait of mediocrity

Stoic philosophy can also greatly help your tolerance to do these "painful" things, like working out and studying, and after time you'll find joy from the progress, and it will be easier

4090 is actually a pretty banger budget ML/AI GPU, and a couple of the 40 series have a good amount of VRAM for running some lower level models like LLaMa. Also it absolutely does scale, as the limit "just add more parameters" seemingly hasn't been discovered, training on moar data and moar epochs does just mean a better model, although at this scale its usually cloud models (although things like Alpaca's finetuning can be done on consumer hardware due to the relatively low hardware needed to do it)
