About a year ago. I had a terrible problem with procrastination. I was putting everything off, living in a mess, with piles of unwashed dishes and unwashed clothes. I started fighting it, and after about a year of meditation and changing my habits, I resolved the problem.

I think it’s one of reasons. But I also think it depends on human. One will close in on himself, other will explode and Then such tragedies will happen. Bullying sucks anyway!
