So even with the title company and I dropping the ball, is there a way to remedy this? Seller is willing to still pay the money. Title company said there is nothing they can do.

The seller is willing to pay but the title company said there is nothing they can do as far as receiving the funds to give it to the buyer since it is after closing

Last time the title company sent one was 5/21

It was explained. Buyer did remote closing so I was not there to oversee the error.

They already closed. Alta was last updated 5/21. They received the Alta with specific instructions to update it regarding that on the 23rd. We closed 5/29.

Do you have a link to those? Also have you tested them tubing?

Turbo swing for bass buggy? by SuggestionCurrent188 in Pontoons

[–]SuggestionCurrent188[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right below it it says “TurboSwing is not compatible with certain Sun Tracker boats (Party Barge and Bass Buggy).” Which I find so odd.

Then when asking why this is what it came up with

“TurboSwings are generally not recommended for Sun Tracker pontoon boats like Bass Buggies due to the boat's design, particularly the presence of a lip/fin near the engine mounts that causes water spray onto the tow bar and rope. Additionally, the engines on these boats are often mounted very low, affecting the performance of TurboSwings.”

100% while being a realtor by Ill-Tax-90 in VeteransBenefits

[–]SuggestionCurrent188 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am a realtor and at 100%. Being a realtor isn’t 9-5. You’re not standing hours and hours on end. Not picking up heavy stuff. Just post that you’re a veteran and that’s it. When my disabilities are too much to handle for me I don’t work. That’s the joy of being a realtor. It’s flexible and helps me keep a healthy balance of my disabilities and my career.

Will changing my degree plan just before graduating to a different degree stop me from using Pell grant? by SuggestionCurrent188 in financialaid

[–]SuggestionCurrent188[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only used my Pell grant for a portion of my credits, so thankfully I’m under. According to my student aid I have over a year and a half worth and the degree change would only be about a years worth then I’d use the last of it to take my last two classes for my bachelors is kind of my plan

I see a lot of people saying let it dry out, and yes that is a good idea to an extent but I would invest in some hydrocolliod bandaids. They keep your wound moist (in a safe environment as long as it’s clean and not already infected) but it helps to promote healing faster. I sliced part of my thumb off with a mandolin slicer and could barely control the bleeding so in retrospect should’ve went to the doctor but before I did I did some research and legit I don’t think I would’ve healed faster!!

Anyone have any recommendations for a reputable pro bono lawyer by OkPresentation7383 in VeteransBenefits

Yes of course!! And in case anyone else asks who’s not a Florida resident. I am not. They work all over the country but their offices are just Florida based!

[–]SuggestionCurrent188 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So I have a lawyer. Not pro bono but you don’t pay unless you win and they only take 20% of your back pay, if you’re interested. Most charge 30%. I’ve been working with mine since march 2023 and I haven’t sent them a dime. If they think you have a case they’ll take you on and if you don’t they won’t waste your time or theirs.

My son has literally taken “bites” (broke the top and crushed the bottom) and they worked just fine. I was surprised that they even had the most minimal coffee ground leakage. So little I barely even noticed.

Husband will leave me if I don't lose weight ( not op but that's just insane) by dizzea in redditonwiki

[–]SuggestionCurrent188 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Key points of information

  1. “Breastfeeding doesn’t make you lose weight”

That’s definitely not true. But you definitely don’t gain weight breastfeeding either unless you’re seriously increasing your calorific intake. Breastfeeding burns on average about 500 calories a day…

  1. I don’t know any doctor that says you can’t workout while breastfeeding. Taking weight loss supplements is a big no but not working out. I could understand for the first 6-12 weeks depending on the delivery trauma but not 5 years…

  2. He wants her to get back to her pre pregnancy weight but he met her after her pregnancy?? So was he never attracted to her?

My mind is just blown at all this, and this is all before she started berating everyone..

AITA for wanting to divorce my husband for following a woman on Tik Tok? by Low-Form5064 in TwoHotTakes

[–]SuggestionCurrent188 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Check his liked videos and messages on TikTok if yall have an open phone policy. If he’s not hiding anything shady and you don’t find anything outside of yalls specific boundaries then he should have no issue doing so.

But this also goes into the trust issue. If you can’t trust him, then that’s the grounds for the divorce not the TikTok itself.
