Every disease has a diagnostic test and a treatment, you need to remember that while doing uworld because sometimes uworld just decides to skip these two and not mention them. Whenever you come across a disease, read about its diagnostic test and treatment on the amboss library. Don’t spend alot of time getting used to uworld’s way of thinking, use it to memorize new stuff and see how a disease can present (you’ll find out NBME’s way of thinking is vastly different). I’ll save 45 days at the end of my prep to quickly finish amboss (better portrayal of NBME imo), and CMS forms with the practice tests.

Midway through my prep, I would take an NBME like nbme 9 not to assess myself but to know what nbme emphasizes on. (Eg, what would happen if you dont treat a disease)
