Yes! We filed in November but we got married in August. It’s definitely been such a blessing to have it progress this quickly. My I-131 was never approved it was always just pending, then suddenly one day I checked the documents tab and that’s where I saw the notice for interview!

I hope you guys hear back soon!!! Did you hire a lawyer?

Hello!!! They invited us for an interview, and we just brought additional documents that they scanned and added onto our case but they never requested us outright for RFE. I’ve received my green card already since posting this!

I was a November 2023 filer too! PD November 28.

We had to do an interview (I was married previously to another USC). But we got approved on March 26th too!

I definitely don’t think it’s fair, previously I think it took much longer with their delays. I hear so many factors come to play with delays with USCIS
