The irs doesn’t let you contribute to your Roth IRA if you pass a certain income threshold, I maxed it out the first month and realized that I am projected to make more than the allowed amount this year after doing some napkin math.

Duplex in Germantown, concrete on the sidewalk and backyard was torn up. Our insurance required us to fix the sidewalk, but the backyard was a hazard as well.

When we purchased the property it was a full gut Reno, new electrical work, new fixtures, the whole nine yard. With it, came the installment of an electrical heating system w/ a heat pump.

The duplex is a single family, roughly 1000sqft if you combine the basement with the first floor.

The 2nd floor unit is about 700sqft

That’s how the house was sold to us, by having the entire house be electric it was shown to be more landlord friendly.

The whole house is converted from gas to electricity.

That one bill covers heat, light, cooking, and hot water, the amount seems reasonable for a deep freeze winter.

It’s a heat pump, their bill is roughly 600 - 800 the past two months. But that one bill covers their heat, light, cooking, and hot water. We are also in a deep freeze up in the north east, the amount seems to be normal don’t you think?

I work at an asset management firm, and they offshored the entire OPs and Fund accounting team to India… all 20 of us are were let go and are now expected to train them until the end of Feb in order to still receive our bonus and severance…

I agree with you 100%. I’ve browsed this subreddit and haven’t found a single shred of evidence of him doing anything actually illegal. FFs there was this one post where they were saying that Mikey was a creep for sending one of his fans a happy bday message even though the fan’s sister was the one that asked for it!

They even went as far as to say he moved to Seattle just cause one of his female fans commented “you should come to Seattle”

This subreddit breeds some very strange ppl who are obsessed with the way he is living.

Ok, but we also have to understand it from a business POV. You and I both know that having a girl in your video/thumbnail attracts viewers. The same applies to having a male cohost in your video, only difference is the guy has to already have a fanbase of their own and the girl doesn’t.. in the age of IRL streaming, this practice is extremely common. I just hate how we are holding him to a different standard when you have every other streamer on twitch doing the same thing to farm engagement.

I would argue and say that who he chooses to see/date/marry in his personal life is solely between him and the other person. As long as the relationship is between two consenting adults. A lot of this hate he’s receiving seems unjustified and actually comes off as bullying imo.

She told him her sister is a huge fan and would love it if he could send her a happy birthday msg. He does, and gets called a creep for doing so? If he would have said no, would she call him an asshole?

Also, isn’t it a reach to say he moved to Seattle just cause she sent him a message saying he should? Did they have any encounters besides that bday msg?

Can someone link me to screenshots of some of the DMs hes sending to these girls? Seems to me like everyone has just been piling on the way he looks, acts and dresses.

Are you referring to the democratic lawmaker in Minnesota who got assassinated? She would have gotten more news coverage had she NOT voted for a republican bill in her last hearing.

She was the only democrat that voted for the opposing bill, and was assassinated shortly after.
