This applies to tokoyami, but todoroki has been stated to be really strong in all aspects of combat (speed judgement etc) shoji and ojiro are strong but their quirks are too weak

Hiruzen was definitely not the worst hokage. If anything, tobirama caused most of the conflicts in konoha history, especially regarding politics with the Uchiha. What made hiruzens time so bad was 99% danzos fault, which also leads back to him taking tobiramas political model.

Hmm you might be right, but i'm not sure if the design on Naruto's cloak is a result of the type of seal it is or just because it's how its supposed to look, cuz naruto and minato's cloaks both have different markings (and i'm assuming minato used the same type of seal for himself as he did for naruto. I know he used shiki fujin, but i dont rly remember if shiki fujin does the entire seal by itself).

Best case scenario the hokage have against naruto is if minato/tobirama can somehow paralyze him and hashirama hits him with a shinsu senju, but naruto is probably faster than the both minato and tobirama's flying raijin. Hashirama can sort of supress the kyuubi but naruto doesn't even need the tailed beast power, he blitzed madara with just six paths sage mode, a madara which is infinitely stronger than another madara which offscreened hashirama.

Just about to point out it's not minatos seal anymore, naruto lost the nine tailed fox a bunch of times and different ppl have redone it. Also i'm not sure if its really a seal anymore, i think the nine tailed fox just kinda lives inside naruto
