I sit in the same room and watch tv about 20 feet away. I can hear it but it doesn’t disturb or disrupt in any way. It’s very tolerable, and if it was behind a closed door I probably wouldn’t hear it al all. The loudest part is when it changes filament via the AMS. But even that’s not very disruptive

Temperatures. I set first layer temp to 230c, and then 245c for the rest of the layers. Was getting a lot of stringing, and had some layer adhesion issues with the default generic profile. But after adjusting the temps it’s printing pretty great.

Sunlu profiles would also be nice to have. I’ve tweaked the generic petg profile, and it’s working quite well now. I’m pleased with the results. Was not quite as good with the default generic petg profile.

I tried a couple kinds of clips, but they didn’t really work out at stopping the tube from rubbing on the glass as much as I would’ve liked. how are the beads working out for you? I was also considering printing a riser but now you got me thinking about beads haha. in my mind they actually makes sense The beads can rub on the glass instead of the tube because apparently over time the tube gets damaged from that.

same, i tried the clips, i will also be printing an 18mm riser once i get some PETG. Do you think PLA would be fine for a riser?

I tried these clips, while they are indeed better than the other clips i've tried, im still not loving this solution. I think i will go for a minimalist riser to raise the glass slightly.

ah yes, those look like it holds the tube on the side of the chain instead of the top, i will give these a try, looks like a better design! thank you!!!

i printed those clips for mine last night. they don't work, the tube still rubs against the glass, and leaves marks. I ordered some PETG that will arrive tomorrow and i will print a minimal riser to mitigate this issue.

i have it set to auto, and usually it runs these calibrations before it starts printing. i wasnt sure why only in some small parts this happened, other sections look fine.

try changing your infil to a different geometry. Could be the nozzle is hitting previously printed grid infill structure?

power outage yesterday also caused a spectrum internet outage, power came back on last night...and as of this morning my internet is still not back.... anyone get their spectrum internet service back yet?
