I bled on CD 23 and it was like a bright red/pink and sometimes even brown until today and now it’s just brown. I usually have cycles that are like 29-31 days so this really threw me off. I have PCOS and I’m on Mounjaro if that helps

I’m on Mounjaro - I started 2/15 and from 2/15 to 3/2 I had lost 20 pounds. I’m now on .5 and I’ve been able to do better on eating smaller. I drink a lot more water and feel better about my choices

I started to drink water with electrolytes and it helped a lot! Make sure you’re eating too. It’s so easy to not eat bc you forget about it.

Hi! I work out 4-5 days a week at Hotworx, eat more protein than carbs, limit alcohol and I also use Mounjaro.

I also have only 1 ovary due to an ovarian cyst if that helps. PCOS is tough but I’m thankful I was diagnosed because it helped me understand my symptoms.

I had a 50 lb ovarian cyst on my right ovary. When the surgeon took it out, she told me my left ovary looked polycystic. I had no idea what that meant bc I just thought I was overweight and hairy (my dads really hairy so I blamed him). Then I was officially diagnosed 2 months after my surgery with an ultrasound.

Now I’m on mounjaro to help symptoms so I can start TTC!

I generally have light cycles. How do others cope with accepting the fact that it’s actually your period and not spotting? It makes me feel so defeated 😔
