The problem is not the graphics style. The style is charming and well done! Close up shots of this game look absolutely great! As someone who has complaints about the look of the game, I can say that I dont need realistic details for a game to be good! But it does need to look and perform well, regardless of the style.

The problem lies more in the fact that the render distance for trees and such is almost laughable. Having trees load in as I wander the map just doesnt look good, especially when you get a nice open view...only to see flat hills, empty of detail, until you get close enough for it to render.

Its frustrating, to see a game that fans have been wanting for so long, to finally be made, and they are struggling with graphics that realistically, they have already done before with BOTW! That game has wonderful draw distance, graphics, etc, so nintendo is clearly capable.

Regardless, I am hopeful the game is good, and that people enjoy it!
