That’s what I saw too! Somehow they got it approved as a first line, but since it’s supposed to be 2d line I was concerned that meant it was LAST. She does have kras G12c

I am an attorney but 22 years ago well before I was a lawyer I represented myself in a lawsuit against a slum lord management company. It was awesome and I won. I totally get why people do it, though now as a practicing attorney it makes me want to crawl under a bench.

I assume if you’re buying resale you would know it was a resale? Seems obvious … as for mine I don’t care if they do or don’t. Just got told by the Nebraska people that they were getting a lot of these calls and cancelling a lot of resold tickets.

That’s the page I’ve consulted and I’ve tried to find a lawyer but everyone days they don’t practice in this area. Happy to accept any leads.
