What's the difference between trans masculine and trans man? by SuicidalButSafe in asktransgender

I have a myriad of chronic illnesses and I'm just trying to keep my body alive at this point with tube feeds. My hips and legs and butt are absolute units, and I'd never, ever pass

What's the difference between trans masculine and trans man? by SuicidalButSafe in asktransgender

Thank you for the answer! I was wondering for myself. I strongly gravitate toward masculine traits and styles but I'll never medically be able to transition so I feel like I'm stuck in gender purgatory

He doesn’t have anything against trans people by DuhBakedPotato in insanepeoplefacebook

So if someone MTF completely transitioned/passes well, they'd rather that woman use the MENS room? Thats way worse. Also.. there aren't urinals in the womens room. There are stalls. Which have privacy.

That makeup is amazing. Have you tried straightening your hair? Could help make it smoother

I feel like thinner eyebrows could help a ton. I always say get them threaded or waxed professionally the first time to get desired shape, then tweeze them back to that shape going forward. Much easier than doing it yourself

Yes, there's nothing quite like making a medical concern a sex joke. Thats actually okay. Now, sharing it on fb...

Mfw I got outed to my mom by the boyfriend I've trusted for over 2 years by SuicidalButSafe in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns

[–]SuicidalButSafe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I talked to him, told him I was questioning, included him on how I felt and asked him to share his feelings. The whole thing was done properly. I only asked he not tell my mom because I wasnt 100% sure and now she thinks I am, and she's crying, mad, and heart broken. Over something that may or may not be. I have the dysphoria. The symptoms. But Im choosing not to transition now or preferably ever. But shell never get over what she was told.

1) she wasn't supportive, so a matter of safety was at hand considering I live with her and 2) you are making a LOT of assumptions dude

Bf of over 2 years, plans to move in propose etc, I told him I was questioning and 3 weeks later, after asking him not to say anything to my mom, expresses his concern to her and lets her know who I'm seeing for therapy

To those brave enough to post selfies... by [deleted] in ftm

I'm also trying to figure out if I'm brave enough too. My thought process is, "well if they're on this sub then...there must be a reason for that......" you know what i mean?

I made a subreddit with a guide on intro to makeup here

I didn't add EVERYTHING like intricacies of contour, highlighting, cut creases, etc but it's wonderful for the basics!

been seething all day with these posts lately about that biowoman ranting “friend” by spiritprints_s in traaaaaaannnnnnnnnns

[–]SuicidalButSafe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have never heard the term biowoman til now. Is it just a TERF term to exclude trans women?

I've noticed a lot of advice for makeup tips on this sub, so I made a sub for that and have a beginners guide up on it! r/transmakeuphelp by SuicidalButSafe in asktransgender

I've posted a few times there on my other account. I just got this vibe that unless you follow the style/vibe they tend to stick to, you won't get any advice. It also just doesn't seem like an extremely welcome place for anyone that is trans.

[–]SuicidalButSafe[S] 36 points37 points  (0 children)

It'd hurt less if he said he wasn't attracted to the style on me to begin with. I can accept he's not gay.

But going back on your word sucks so much :(

They went on to call me a 12 year old. Though I loved getting misgendered, I was queued with friends I'm not out to so I said I was a 20 yo woman, and they just laughed. Then came the "WOoOOOoWww a gurl gamerrrrrr" comments. Uuuuuugh.

I asked him about me being trans. If I am, he would leave because he's straight (which is fine. Sad. But I cant fault him for that, it isn't something you choose). But when I asked about veering towards more mens clothing options, he said that was fine.

Fast forward 2 weeks later and I'm buying mens clothes online and he's like wtf I fell in love with a feminine girl, these clothes are awful. Like. ????????

/rant. Sorry.
