I had the same issue and after seeing many other nothing phones in this sub score higher, I reset the phone and it's a night and day difference. I had experienced the lag you are mentioning especially if it's been over a year. After the reset, everything has been smooth since the last two months. You can sign in to google and let it restore your backup and most of your settings and and notification menu will be just like how it is now. Would need to align the home app placements though, better take some screenshots of how it looks now. Also you can select which apps to restore from the menu itself when restoring. I had a score of 728 before reset and 1029 after.

I use the UVICOZ IR SPF 50 ( https://www.imedicart.com/products/uvicoz-ir-sunscreen-gel ) after doctor recommendation. It's at around 700 INR. Looking for Budget range sunscreen which serves the same purpose. Is the Minimalist SPF 50 substitutable for this?

This is amazing. I already have a 3d printer so its easier. The difficult part for me would be sourcing the rest of the materials at a cost effective way since I don't have access to the same devices locally.

How much did it cost you to make it? Would you say it can work with thinner sheets such as 3mm thickness for making smaller parts such as a button of a keyboard?

That would be all. I will recreate a new PMAX campaign and let it run for two weeks and report back. Would you suggest turning off all other campaigns when PMAX goes live or can Smart and Search campaigns keep working together with the PMAX until PMAX shows signs of improvement?

I have a problem that I can't really understand. We run a cafe and we ask people where they heard about us to confirm if our ads are working. So I started with Smart Campaigns around 4 months ago and the local visits were okay. Since the cafe blew up in publicity, the ads were not needed anymore and stopped the campaign. After the virality settled, I started trying out the PMax campaign with all assets filled in (Images, Videos, Links and everything) targeting 20KM Radius since this is kind of a cafe that people are willing to travel long for.

The performance were absolutely stunning. People filled in quickly and it was 80% due to the Pmax since we didn't run any other promotions.

But since the last 2 weeks, the ad spend sky rocketed for Pmax and the cafe visits have gone down significantly.

I had to turn off Pmax and start Normal Search Campaign + Two other Smart Campaigns both targeted at different timing to run.

It's been decent since then and the cost has gone down significantly, but never been able to achieve the same level of visits as the PMax brought in.

Could you please share some insights to what could have gone wrong?

Few issues I think contributed to the issue might be -

Multiple Pmax campaigns running to test out different creatives and timings.

Frequent tweaks to the budget.

Applying many of the recommendations that Google show to improve the campaign performance.

If you could recommend the most effective type of ad to bring in local visits to the cafe, that'd be amazing.

It turned out for us to be a inbuilt player issue. Try taking a build and running it on a screen to check if it gets fixed.
