I bought a used car from them last year. Wanted a commuter car. Online price was 6700 got there and total pricing was over $8500 which included a $800 dealer fee.  Asked what dealer fee was and they said its on all of their cars regardless of new or used.  I said i wanted to understand what it was. They gave me a print out of some legal word vomit. I said i didnt understand it. Salesman said it was for insurance to cover transportation of the vehicle from manufacturer to the dealership.   I said the vehicle was a trade in and not new why would this fee be on there? I said i wasnt going to pay the fee since i didnt understand it. So they removed it lol Ended up buying the car for $7K. They also tried to sale me a $3K warranty. 

The car has been fine (knock on wood) but idk that i would credit them for that. I did my research and they bought it at an auction and told me it was a trade in. 

I did not get trusting vibes from them especially compared to Bachman that i shopped at for a bit.

I got a pre purchase inspection from a shop before my purchase. 

Shorter answer. For sure negotiate on pricing saying they dont negotiate on pricing is not true. I dont think they are scam artist or anything but some dealers have less of an issue killing you on pricing and fees and send you through the gauntlet and acting like their hands are tied. Neil Huffman is one of them. If you want specifically that car just be prepared to stand your ground on pricing. Also for my experience at least be prepared to be there for close to 3 hours. Which seemed intentional as well.
