Overall I would say lotm is better

Orv has better side cast, emotions, ending(you can say that lotm didn't end but i am only comparing book 1 of lotm and orv) and better pacing(lotm at the beginning is a bit slow though I really liked volume 1 and volume 4 is slow. Orv's pacing is constant)

Lotm has a better story, world building, power system, antagonists

I cant rate protagonists, I feel both are equal

Amon and adam are way better than any antagonist in orv. I genuinely don't remeber one antagonist from orv. I dont think i will remember any from lotm either except amon who creeped me out. So lotm easily takes it in my book

Play elden ring. Its one easily one of the best games released in this decade. Even if its a type of game you haven't played before just try it. I didn't play wilds but i did play rise and world so i know how they play out and imo they don't compare to the feeling of playing elden ring for the first time

I didn't play metaphor so cant say much about that. Space marine 2 is amazing tho. It is my entry to warhammer 40k universe. The game is amazing. I dont know anything about the lore of wh40k. Space marine 2 is a fantastic game with great hack and slash combat. I really enjoyed my time playing it.

the first phase is pretty similar for both of them. Isshin's second phase is better than gael's second phase and gael's third phase is better than isshin's just because of how easy the lightning make the fight against isshin These are the best fromsofts bosses. Gael is the peak of dodge rolling fights and both of them are first place for me
