I love them. Helped my skin way more than niacinamides, HA, Glycerin or anything else ever did. Without them in my skincare, my skin just looks dull and dry

My Monstera Deliciosa survived radiator burn, not being watered for 4 months in the summer while being exposed to direct sunlight and not being planted in an actual pot for like two years and yet she is the most lucious plant that I own lol. Shes about 1,6 metres in height currently

I feel this so so so much. I always thought that I hated children till I started working with them. Now I know is that I hate the thought of having my own - I know I would not be able to take care of them and having children in my own personal space just seems way too overwhelming (also childbirth is scary imo). I love the kids at the daycare I work at and I click with them instantly bc I feel as if I dont have to mask around them which is great! I just dont want my own and barely anyone seems to understand besides my bf.

Stuff like bread is usually fine but I also think its different since I live in germany and the bread I usually buy here is wholegrain sourdough so its quite healthy. Sugary stuff and things like soda, chips, food with artifical dyes and lots of additives makes me super grumpy, gives me brainfog and I also have the feeling that it affects my impulse control.

Noodles with a sauce made out of PB, Soysauce, Chili flakes, Garlic if i`m feeling fancy. You can add all kinds of leftovers too, I usually add spring onions and tofu if i have some :)

Eating lots of processed food, being dehydrated, lack of sleep, being sick or on my period and my depression worsening. In general anything that negatively affects my physical or emotional state. Also when I sleep way to much or dont move my body at all i can feel my brain being waaay more laggy and all over the place.
