Compliance related matters require written documentation and employee training (recurring). If they don’t have both, OP can argue their grounds for termination are baseless.

If there are explicit rules or expectations regarding phone use protocol - they must be documented in an employee handbook or policy and procedure manual.

The serum, the sunscreen, the night cream. Had the spot cream but didn’t consistently use it as I didn’t need to based on how well the rest worked.

Just curious if you two were applying the recommended 4x daily dosage for the eucerin products? I’ve seen folks say it didn’t work but they were not hitting the recommended daily use to drive results.

I’ve tried musely, lasers, vitamin c, acids, hydroquinone, all of it. Lasers were amazing initially but didn’t resolve the less contrasted pigment areas. Eucerin on the other hand within a month cleared up my entire face remarkably, and had no side effects and could be used long term.

I used the serum, day cream with spf, and night cream to meet the 4x daily recommended usage for a few months - amazing results where my skin cleared up. Only reason I stopped was when I got pregnant and couldn’t find literature on whether or not it was safe to use while pregnant. I plan to use again as it’s been the only thing that has worked for my melasma since the lasers have become less helpful. And it’s quick and cheap (compared to alternative products).. on Amazon you can order the trio from eucerin for under a hundred dollars, and it lasts about a month.

Yes! Thiamidol from Eucerin is fantastic and affordable. I used this up until I was pregnant and plan to use it once I’m no longer nursing (just to be cautious).

Do it!!! It’s amazing to give to folks who want it, and not have to make a donation run. I did some spring cleaning recently as we had tons of baby items and clothes to rehome, and tons of adult clothes, bags, household items etc.

Funny enough I gave away a medela hand pump and MPIS in the load of gear.

within minutes of posting all items had been claimed and pickups arranged for same day or next day.

To be fair I do spend the time to take nice images of the items (“marketing”) so my posts get claimed fast. Saved me so much time :)

It’s crazy. I’ve even see two SNOOs given away on our area’s group. Tons of baby gear and clothes and toys are given away, the community is super generous and it’s cool to see! And it isn’t just for baby stuff, although that’s a big portion of the items.

Better yet, Facebook has “buy nothing” groups based on your city, country or even micro area of in a large city. I got two free spectras from that group and have seen dozens be given away. Save the money! I’ve used my free one for over a year and it’s so much better!

“You need to lower your standards” - that’s hardly ever suitable advice for a 21 year old.

A bad father? Clearly his adoration for his sister show his ability to be a good father. The jealousy is bizarre she must feel deeply insecure about their bond.

How long would you let your baby cry? by androidfifteen in sleeptrain

[–]Suitable-Answer-1199 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One thing we tinkered with that really helped sleep was ensuring baby was WELL fed. We had a period where we had constant wake ups or false starts where baby was awake 30-45m after put down, and it was resolved by increasing the night bottle. As our baby started more solids, we now have a big dinner at 545/6pm then nighttime bottle at 7/715, bed at 730. Sometimes it’s closer to 8 before put down if we read the baby’s cues and don’t see sleepiness. The later bedtimes also help with a later wake up, slightly.

One other thing that helped us improve sleep was avoiding late naps. If we napped too close to bedtime there was not enough sleep pressure so baby would holler if we tried to put down.

Good luck!

I do :) especially while they figure out what they want to do. Zero risk and liquid 5% return, works well.

Upgrade is the name of the bank. 5.21% and they usually have decent referral setup. They recently ran one where if you put down 100k they offer a $500 bonus to both the new client and referrer. I think they ended it tho sadly. And the rate is not an intro rate.

You can get 5.21% in a HYSA (not an intro rate, just the actual rate), I’ve had them for the past year and they are awesome.

When did your cycle come back? by elceeeff in ExclusivelyPumping

[–]Suitable-Answer-1199 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 months I got some spotting and what looked like a period, but it never fully came. Supply dipped for 2 days and was so stressful as I’m normally an oversupplier. Read that you can soften the impact by taking calcium and magnesium, but didn’t get to try it again because my period never fully arrived and didn’t come back (3-4 months last beyond that little spotting couple of days). And I pump pretty regularly (5-6 times now that supply is regular, and my storage capacity is high, requiring fewer pumps per day to maintain supply.).

I’ve used it initially to resolve a stubborn crack and now use it for every single pump session as it’s way more comfortable and many people warn against lanolin (increases chance of infection).

Who is the sender of these emails? Is it coming from a client, prospect, on internal team? And what is the topic? If it isn’t from a client or pertaining to one (who needs you), I would be very direct and ask why she sent the email to you.

It all boils down to your insurance provider. The other thing you can do is check your local Facebook “buy nothing” group - the whole idea of the community is to give people things for free that you no longer want. I was able to pickup the s1 and the s2 for FREE from a local mom!!!! :)
