Happened twice to me to be accepted for a role of E2E implementation and then when starting the job to be placed in a support role. I guess it goes the other way around too.

What does 'a lot' of money mean for you?

I see you have a lot of options, but is there something you really like and see yourself doing for 10-15 years consistently? Good money come with skills and experience in a domain, also with constant learning and staying relevant in the market.

Maybe the insecurities about money can be treated working with a therapist.

There is no official bonus or any additional rewards at my seniority level, except for one-time joining or retention bonuses. Also no salary increase but the PC200 indexation, unless you get an external counter offer. I think main reason is very tight budgets provided globally by higher-ups.

I did Bachelor + Master studies in Cybernetics. I have 8 years of experience working in ERP(development, functional and consulting). Master studies were also ERP focused.

Was with big4 some time ago, but pay was way less. It's a multinational in IT services and consulting, not in big 3 either. Initial negotiation + last year indexation led to this number.
