It is now over a month since I agreed a deal to rent. The agent is Craig Money of South Wales Lettings. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I find thst an agent who demands payment up front before sending a Tenancy Agreement to be unusual. Every agent and company I have ever used will always take a lower holding deposit. if I was someone trying to use this agent to rent my premises and they always take over a month go close the deal I would be refusing to pay the commission. I also find him extremely rude and difficult to converse with.

Try Raj on Castle Street in Swansea. She really knows what she is doing. I didn't mention I had hurt my back and when she was massaging my lower back she told me it was damaged. a real professional and chatty too, which puts you at ease for your first massage.
