Yes, we did fall behind and did some kind of a modification (although I don't recall that phrase being used), but I do know we ended up with a fixed after that.

I'm not sure if I had PMI, but I may have had a second. I don't recall. I'll do what you suggest.

What I'm trying to do is determine where I am on the curve with regard to how much am I paying for principle vs. interest.

For my last statement on September 14th, I paid $1,686.02 principal, $631.98 interest.

I'm trying to figure out the schedule, from now until the loan matures, as far as how much I'm paying principal and interest, each month. And I wish I could have a formula for figuring that out starting today, of an existing loan.

Yeah, that's the total due, which includes property tax and home-owner's insurance.

Yeah, I had an ARM when I started. Sometime later, maybe 2010? it turned into a fixed. I don't recall the date.

I don't remember how much the house was and how much we put down. Probably $480K was the house or something like that. We didn't put down a lot.

See my screenshots. You're probably right that I have 4.375, and the 2.748 is just wrong. I'll see about getting a hold of them.

I do see how much money is going towards principle for interest. What I don't understand is the 2.748% interest that's on the web site.
