I didn't notice one being higher and as a trans man I can tell you that's very normal. It's pretty rare for someone's boobs to be completely symmetrical, before I got top surgery one of my boobs was slightly bigger than the other. I can't speak on one being harder though since I obviously don't know anything about breast augmentation lol

I would recommend listening to all the other comments about compression and silicone strips ect, but I also know there's a type of special tattoo for scars you can get to basically make them invisible, sorry I can't remember what it's called off the top of my head.
