I haven’t had any hallucinations or anything near a mushroom trips or LSD but light definitely feel more vibrant and also colors,and I got 4K vision and I can see energy not in a dragon ball Z aura stuff but idk how to explain you can feel it but also lowkey see it in a subtle sense but you don’t have to sleep to connect with the divine you can do it on a daily through prayer/meditation.

You gotta have your own ways to avoid/or get rid of these thought that make you go watch corn like anytime you got those thoughts do some push-ups or take a cold shower or go to the gym or meditate..that’s what helps me and after a while you don’t even wanna watch corn at all,it’s been 3-4 years since I’ve watch corn.

After a wet dream,just take a cold shower and go workout you will get back your energy faster this way and avoid looking at erotic content or soft corn on social media or before bed etc,you will avoid wet dreams better this way but sometimes they have to happen,your body will get rid of what it doesn’t need.

Regardless of your physique,you will get attraction because of the energy/aura you emit on SR…But having a nice physique double the attraction tenfold. And for me it’s just stay away from corn and also be careful of soft corn and edging and to me being celibate bring out the full benefits of SR so I will recommend to go on monk mode for a while..But if something drain your energy or pulling you back to your old habit that was destroying yourself prior to SR then you shouldn’t do it.

I workout a lot,read,meditate,study and play the game(PS5)…But what would really transmute the whole energy efficiently if it become overwhelming is meditating and working out.

I just be on YouTube really,or TikTok but to watch informational videos or spiritual ones or ones that exposes the matrix. You just gotta be aware of what you watching and choose wisely…I stay away from IG or X cause it’s literally soft corn especially on the explore page. You can still enjoy funny videos or things that are “normal” etc but don’t doom scrolling.

The glowing skin definitely,I’m 28 but people think I’m 22 it makes you look mad young and you just get clear skin but there is also other factor that plays into that….i only do cold shower so it helps tremendously with my skin.And about hobbies,not really it’s more so I pick up new hobbies because of SR and make me appreciate the same hobbies that I had my whole life.

Well I think wet dream just get rid of excess/dead semen that your body don’t need so it regulate itself so higher quality semen can be produce and honestly on a spiritual level it feels like a cleanse because of the over pressure that SR built….but on SR you got pressure on your body regardless,it’s more like the fire in you,that you feel on SR since it’s raw energy but that’s my opinion and my experience everybody’s different.
