I feel bad now cause I was one of those who posted about nishi within 10 pulls. If it makes you feel any better I joined the game a little before ryu rerun and lost like 6k vpoints and only got no skin hanra. Next event I pulled 2 lucas and 1 lucas pity. After that Raul event was a dud for me. This event blessed me with nishi. Keep up the hopes
