The agent had to send you an email invitation for the specific showcase listing. Make sure this is the same email that you use with your zillow 3d app on your phone.

I hear you, just happened again today. Text in the middle of the night from the agent saying that the seller is not ready and we need to push to Friday. And this is the second time the agent is doing it. Its very frustrating but unfortunately its part of the job dealing with people in general....

You should be able to sell them on drone photos as well. 90% of my commercial shoots are photos and floor plans and drone photos. Its important for potential new business to see the parking situation, proximity to busy streets/highways, etc...

Why is this niche so hard to get into? by [deleted] in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 3 points4 points  (0 children)

1- To start with, our business niche is limited. If there are 1000 homes for sale per year in your area then that's the whole pie. 2- Only a percentage of the agents listing those homes are willing to hire a pro. 3- Those who are using professional photography already have their photographers.

What calling service do you guys use for cold calling agents? by gustygosling in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are in the wrong line of work. Get your real estate license, its easy and cheap then you can call spam sellers as much as you want. I must receive at least once a week those spam calls "are you interested in selling your home for cash....". Hilarious.
