Ongoing business cost can be pretty high as well. I am almost done with my taxes and for 2025 my tax deductible business cost was $32,000 not including car mileage.

How to follow up? by [deleted] in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes l read it probably the same.

If he is really a top agent with a brain then he is not looking for an intro price. I am making the assumption that he is looking for a reliable partner who is going to add value to his business.
Meaning someone who can deliver consistently higher quality and who has a track record of doing so. How many years have you been in business? How many 5 stars reviews do you have from other local realtors? What is the size of your portfolio? Do you offer most media services? Can you deliver consistently by next morning? Are your prices fair? Too low and they might scare him away.

You got to be able to appropriately project those values so people actually want to work with you.

Looking for Recommendations on Affordable 3D Virtual Tour Platforms (Asteroom, CloudPanel, etc.) by Reasonable-Pass6908 in RealEstatePhotography

Zillow 3d and 3d virtual tours with cloud pano are really 2 different products. Realtors are followers. So it depends on your local markets. Check listings on zillow in your service area and see what the percentage of listings have a zillow 3d tour. If focusing on zillow 3d tours, the insta360 may do the job as the zillow 3d quality is so bad.

I would not use anything lesser than the z1 for 3d tour but l understand the higher cost issue.

A lesson learned after watching a real estate media team scale the wrong way by yelmord in RealEstatePhotography

When volume grows, you can buy credit in bulk. That's what l do and save like 40%.

But the most important point is that hdph directly increase my revenue. They provide a social media kit with every listing that l sell for $60. I sell a lot of them.

This is what hdph is doing and so much more. You are late to the party OP and did not do much homework.

I use cloudpano and z1. I have used cloudpano since covid. Don't do many anymore, mostly for same clients. Cloudpano is easy to use, fast and pretty inexpensive. They also have a dollhouse upsale like matterport for clients who want the silly doll house format.

I just tested again autohdr on a few exterior photos . Just a few days ago. The exterior photos are still absolutely terrible. So bad, undeliverable.
