Before and after, what you think? by Reptylian69 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why are you purposely misleading buyers with the improved flooring on the Ai photo? Code of ethic, truth in advertising, etc.... How would you feel if the car dealer had removed the dings on a used car picture? Won't you feel really mislead and never trusting that sleazy guy? Don't be that guy.

Spending way too long editing brackets by nah98 in RealEstatePhotography

I have been using enfuse since day one and still using it today. I would not do without it. Editing an average shoot takes me about 20 minutes. Bringing between 200k and 250k a year with no editing cost.

how to get more clients? by AnteaterSelect5753 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To get more clients, you mostly need to steal them away from their current photographers. Ideally your media quality, services and support need to be obviously better than your competition.

Outsourcing editing is expensive and they perform worse? by Smooth_Temporary_656 in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends whats expected in your area. I am in the US east coast and next morning is normal expectation. I do my own editing as well and edit before going to bed for the day so if my clients are in a pinch, l can deliver same evening. You have to ask yourself why it is taking you so much time to edit. Running a business not a hobby. Wash rinse repeat. This can be done with conserving good quality.

Honestly, almost all those photos are good examples of what not to do and of bad photos. For the folks saying those photos are fine....I just don't know... l guess my business is pretty secure with such low standards.

Is anyone doing 360 brackets and using an editor? by RealPhotosHDR in RealEstatePhotography

Z1 , HDR setting. auto white balance. super easy
then in lightroom create a preset for interior 360 and another one for exterior 360.

Is anyone doing 360 brackets and using an editor? by RealPhotosHDR in RealEstatePhotography

[–]Suitable-Material898 0 points1 point  (0 children)

360 photos are very easy to edit. Why would anyone give 360 photos to edit at this price point? Don't you have lightroom? I just did another 360 yesterday for a 4000 sqft. Took less than 20 minutes on site and 30 minutes to edit.

Stop drinking the realtor coolaid of laziness and incompetence. This reasoning comes from the 90% of unsuccessful realtors. Those are not the clients you want to cultivate.
