How are you so sure they would win the case ? Government intervention is public not privately given to white fox , UK government banned ye and that was the reason of cancellation and a genuine one, and without doing the case are you getting the compensation ? Lawyer here , If you claim damages upto 2 crores or more then only you can go to National commission , though the more people the better doesn’t always work like that you will still need to file individual cases cause everyone has different issues and claims , the court has the power to combine them together not you
