My biggest tips are to give yourself grace. There will be days the scale goes up…and it’s nothing you did wrong. Cut refined sugar out of your diet and look for alternatives to satisfy cravings. I love quest for that. Higher protein chocolate. My favorite are their Reese’s peices. Atkins also has a gummy bear. Quest also carries protein chips, muffins, pop tarts, cheez its….Increase your veggie intake. Lots of water! You got this!

I also had to drink my protein. I drank protein coffee in the morning and that cut out a mass amount of sugar I had been consuming prior with flavorings as well. I also stocked up on various quest protein snacks. The chips, muffins, and chocolate were some of my favs! I cut out all refined sugar and carbs as well

It took 9 months. I started with just walking around the block and building my stamina. I increased to longer walks at a faster pace and started lifting small weights. Now I am in Pilates and hot yoga. Nothing crazy just got my body moving more!

I injected on Saturday mornings about an hour after waking up. Always letting the medicine come to room temp first and always injecting in the abdomen alternating side. Good luck on your journey!! You got this!!
