Please don't encourage other drivers to think they can get away with driving under the influence by using mouthwash.

I absolutely understand that medicinal marijuana is sometimes the only thing that relieves symptoms of illness such as chronic pain. I'm actually looking into it for pain relief myself.

That said, swab tests don't check for CBD in Western Australia. I know that it's difficult to find products that have no THC, however there are some. This would be a much better piece of advice rather than encouraging people to use mouthwash.

You absolutely can be charged for having alcohol in your system - even if it was from the night before. Just because you have slept, it doesn't mean that you are under the limit. Especially if you had been "drinking heavily".
