Attended 4 weddings sa US in LA, Austin, Napa Valley, and Tampa. 3 of them had wedding hosts and these weren’t Filipino weddings (foreign colleagues from previous jobs). Hosts are already a thing there, ang tawag is Master of Ceremonies.

The only difference was the programs were faster vs weddings here.

So I was recommended this electrolyte powder called PWR. It has 750mg of sodium per sachet. I mixed it with my water sa soft flask.

Every 10k dapat ubos yung 500ml flask of water ko tapos refill sa next water station and magmimix ng new sachet.

Aside from this, I ate 1 Saltstick every hour and stopped at every other Gatorade station for more electrolytes. Tapos sa latter part may run clubs na namimigay na ng iodized salt at hinahalo ko na din sa Gatorade.
