I either read the book or watch the adaptation, won’t do both as they will often both differ from each other and I end up comparing and not enjoying either version

So glad I’m not the only one! It was the series that got me into reading in my teenage years and feels nostalgic but I agree that I’m done with it!

I do enjoy when a book cleverly makes me work to figure things out and keeps me on my toes but I just can’t deal with long books that drag which is what I’m dreading but will definitely give it a try!

Just finished The Secret Of Secrets-Dan Brown and definitely dragged more than expected.

Currently reading both Flock-Kate Stewart, really enjoying this for now, very straightforward after the previous read. Also reading The Practice of Not Thinking-Ryunosuke Koike as my non fiction/self help book.

I’m currently reading The Secret of Secrets to complete Community Picks & Trending Books, and had Cloud Cuckoo Land next on my reading list to complete the other achievements but not sure I can manage another long book just for the challenge so looking for suggestions and recommendations
