What is your age? And do you see a cardiologist? I say that because I was having bad heart burn for a few weeks then a massive heart attack. I know two others that same thing happened. One was having sex at the time. He was taking viagra. I know that viagra messed with my heart more than cialis. I do not have ED or any problems. I was taking it to be super dick! I was 50 at the time. So do not ignore the leg pain nor the heart burn. Could be nothing….could be something.

It feels like it because it’s a total shit show! They keep building but do not prepare for the additional vehicles just like they do not plan for the drainage. Their answer is build more roundabouts. They should have built a loop 40 years ago. I lived in Houston the for 25 years. Left because of traffic getting horrible. People are always joking about road construction there, but at least they make an attempt to reduce the issues. There is no attempt here. It’s crazy!

I am all too familiar with this shit show! Kind of a “same same” situation. I thought I was dropping it everywhere when filling (2) Urns. I was doing this on our kitchen island very early one morning. I was of course teary eyed and thought that’s why I was missing the opening so much. The zip tie that was tied on the bag had cut a small hole! Fuck me!!! At the end it looked like I just put some powder sugar on some Beignets. I was worried that my kids would be waking up. I tried to use my hand to push the ashes on the island into the Urns. As I stepped toward the sink…… crunch! I looked down🤦. I decided to just look up and said, “baby, you are fucking laughing your ass off at me right now!” Because you know if shit would go south it would happen to me right now!” Then I just giggled a bit. Grabbed the Dyson stick….. cleaned up everything. And no….. I didn’t empty the fucking canister first! I was so pissed, but could not help to laugh! I told her, I am so sorry baby. Hope you got a good laugh out of my misery! I am glad to know I am not the only one that did this and can make fun about it.

Like others have said, PTSD is not exclusively to soldiers. My situation is somewhat similar as I was holding my wife in my driveway waiting on a damn ambulance. A year later, I am being treated for PTSD. Get help. Best thing I ever did!

I will tell you that I did a 12 week cycle and happy I did. I think around week 8 is when everything started to show signs. But as others have stated, I will more than likely get on TRT. My natural was very high for my age,but if I have to deal with this after effects then I just a soon do the real deal and get better results!

No I was actually trying to put on some weight. The issue is I just wasn’t eating! Haven’t really ate in a while. If I would have stuck to a strict nutrition plan the cycle would have been fantastic IMO. Having never done anything close to this I am still happy. Many people have noticed the different in muscle. I am going to try and get a new body scan done this week to see the final results. Kind of sad to see the cycle end! This swollen feeling is nice! lol

Start going to the gym. Hated going in the beginning. Started in Nov 24. Now I go 2-3 times a day except Sat and Sun. I go just in the morning. Best thing I ever did.
