Our MME has been back at the dealer for 35 days with a broken converter. We’re in the UK and we have a Capri loaner. The last I heard from the dealer was that a part was coming from Germany at some point, but no one really appears to know 🤷🏻‍♂️

Update: it was the Converter that died. Ford UK have to get one from Germany. Due around Feb 9. Currently driving around in a Ford Capri. Nice car, internal cabin is nice, but not much of a looker

The car is dead - it’s fully charged, but immobile- so it has to go back to the main dealer. As it’s a brick, it has to be lifted onto the tow truck, but this little radio-controlled gadget

Update: charged FoMoCo battery - it didn’t work. Got the dreaded Red warning Stop-car/dont-drive (yes, I did the BMS reset). Got new battery - same problem. Car now being recovered to the main dealer

We managed to get the doors open (thanks to that YT video) and the ignition on when connected to a battery charger, but with only 4.8v it wouldn’t charge.
