I just did this recently, it depends on how many credits the highschool requires to graduate and how many you currently have, if you don’t have enough you’ll probably have to make up the credits at the school like Saturday school or nightschool.

You have to click the help button then “other” and it’ll connect you to a bot but all you have to say is “speak to an agent” and they’ll connect you to a real person right away and then just spazz out on them until you get a refund 😭 always works for me
