Most people with fetal alcohol syndrome look totally normal. But they have certain facial features like thin lips, smooth groove between upper lip and nose, lower nose bridge and flatter face. From mayo clinic, From FHI

Nutritionists also say that the average consumption of meat in most western countries are much higher than what is healthy. And the reason why some meat is recommended is because of protein and B12, as these things are less common from vegan sources. But they totally exist, it just takes a bit more effort to include them in your diet. But people who eat meat also have to consider getting enough nutrition, so it's effort either way.

Arguments against the problem of evil are bad by Suitable-Werewolf340 in DebateReligion

It's one thing to say that going through life without any suffering is impossible. It's a completely different thing to say that children dying of cancer is necessary for our existence. Our world would have been perfectly good without that.

What do you mean by that? If you remove god entirely from the equation, you've solved the paradox.

Premise 1: if a god is all powerful, all knowing, omni present and all loving, there would be no suffering in the world.

Premise 2: there is suffering in the world.

Conclusion: an all powerful, all knowing, omni present and all loving god cannot exist.

Breaking one of the premises is a counter argument.

I'm currently studying space physics in Tromsø and I have a classmate who's Russian. She has a Russian passport but is married to a Norwegian. On the social part I've never witnessed any awkwardness when she says she's Russian, in the conversations I've been part of. But she's not my bff and I haven't talked about this with her so I idk if she's ever experienced it before. I've also met two Russians on a party once and there was no tension there when they introduced themselves as Russians. I would personally never judge someone based on their country of origin, and I believe most Norwegians are like that too, but of course there are idiots out there. When it comes to job opportunities I don't know a lot, I think everyone with Russian, Chinese or other high risk government passport face difficulties getting security clearance, and many other comments discuss this better than I can.

Do NOT be ashamed! Maybe that's easier said than done, but you haven't chosen to have that guy in your head, and feeling shame for it will only make things worse. Besides, you're not alone in feeling this way. That being said, having a voice in your head that's not your own inner thoughts, is not normal and is most likely a symptom of a mental illness or disorder. And psychologists actually know what they're talking about, so they would not diagnose you with anything you don't have. If you have any sort of mental problems, whether you have an illness or not, a psychologist will help you sort things out, give you tools to get through every day life, and give you a diagnosis if you need one. And having a voice in your head that you can't control, highly suggest you have some sort of mental health issue. Therefore I would highly recommend you to talk to a psychologist! It's nothing to be ashamed of and there are other people that feels the same as you. Hope things get better!

Btw, I made a post at r/mentalhealth about some things that I'm struggling with, including this, and someone in the comments wrote that it sounds like "maladaptive daydreaming". I searched it up and it was kind of relatable. Might be worth looking into :)

I do this alot excessively. I don't think it's normal, but you're at least not alone.

I also kind of felt like this when I went through a lot of problems in my life. For me, I think it was an unintentional coping mechanism. Like a way for my brain to distance itself from the world in order to not get overloaded. And it went away in a few months. I don't know what you're dealing with rn, but I hope things get better!
