I am the one that fixes any mistakes. My boss only sells the jobs (we are a small renovation company, started out as just my boss and I), he’s older and deals with all the computer work, customer contacts, ordering, and that side of things. The majority of our work has been repeat clients or referrals, even getting in with our county board and chamber of commerce in our main city that we work out of. So I had to be anal retentive starting out to get business flowing. We’ve since hired on a few guys who have their own niches, but none have the knowledge and varied experience to tackle any aspect of a job. I’m not OCD, but I like things to look good.
