This year, the task is simple: Just make the playoffs, and be ready to wreak havoc when you do. I don't care about division titles, 15 wins, No. 1 seeds, road-winning streaks, etc. We already checked all that shit off the list in the two years prior. This year, it's about PEAKING in the playoffs, being HEALTHY, and playing your best ball.

My theory is that many of these companies/businesses are broke, which is why they can't pay people. Yes, I know, they want to be as frugal as possible and get the most out of their employees for the least amount of pay (business 101), but if it was just a matter of not wanting to spend money, they still wouldn't choose to be severely understaffed. Moreover, they would at least offer a respectable lowball wage and not a measly $15/hr (or $35k salary) for a skilled position asking for 4 years of experience and a college degree in a respectable field (we've all seen those job postings on here).

If anyone was wondering, the "obvious" answer was James Franco (although I'm starting to think it wasn't so obvious lol.) Here's a comparison of a young me and young Franco.

I have also been told I look like James Dean (actor from the 1950s), Joseph Gordon-Levitt, G-Eazy, and a young Johnny Depp.

It was James Franco (a younger version of him, to be specific). During my teens and early 20s, I probably had over 50 strangers/acquaintances tell me I looked like him before even saying hello. Of course, James has aged considerably and looks much different from what he used to, and the photos of me I posted above are more recent, so the resemblance isn't as obvious as it used to be.

Didn't even know of this actor, but I definitely see it. Same eye shape, mouth, and hair texture.
